Currently looking to sublease a private room in a 4-bedroom apartment. The room comes fully furnished unless you choose otherwise. The fully furnished option includes a bed, desk, and drawers. You will also have a private bathroom that is directly connected with your bedroom. The bathroom is of a modern design, with a lavish shower. The apartment has a full kitchen, in unit-laundry, tv, and living room. The monthly rent is $785, with an additional $20 for water and sewer,
and $45 for outdoor parking. The fixed rate for monthly rent is $850. Gas and electricity is spilt among 4 people and typically its around $20-$30. This sublease starts May 8th-Aug 14th. Your rent for the month of August will be less than $500 given that you will only be there for 14 days. If you are looking to move to Bluestone before summer starts, this option is for you! You can also roll over your sublease into a 12-month lease into another private room in the complex (after Aug 14th).
