Hello everyone,
I’m looking to sublease my apartment at Chauncey Square Apartments for the 2023-2024 year. The apartment is a fully furnished 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment, split between the two tenants. The apartment is fully furnished, and there are many included amenities like a workout facility, parking, and included internet. The apartment is also located extremely close to campus and is a block away from the Target on state street. The lease would be entirely transferred over, so payment would be directly through Chauncey. Also, there has been continuous price hikes for the apartments at Chauncey Square, but I signed on earlier on. This ensures anyone who takes up the offer will have the same rate as when I signed (which would be significantly cheaper: $1,149 a month). However, this lower rate wouldn’t apply to the other roommate.
