Hello! My name is Rachel Myers and I am a senior student at Clemson University. I will be graduating this May and have a job offer elsewhere so I will be moving out early and need someone to sublease my apartment. I live in Clemson Village, an apartment complex very close to campus. This complex also is on the bus route for transportation and I take it all the time. My apartment number is 103 which is on the second floor so won’t have to worry about footsteps! The apartments are very nice and the clubhouse is as well. It is a three bedroom apartment and you get your own bathroom and a very spacious walk in closet. I have always been a cleanly person so the room will definitely be very clean when someone else moves in. This would help me out a lot and provide a place for someone to stay over the summer! You are also able to renew in this apartment through tiger properties when August comes around!
