I am in a 3 bedroom 2 bath, UPGRADED apartment at the Bryn Apartments in State College. .I am moving out December 17th, 2022 and my apartment will be available for the Spring Semester 2023. You can move in as soon as possible and you will NOT need to worry about December's rent. It is a great location- walking distance (5 mins) to Walmart/Dollar Tree/GNC/McDonalds's and CATA bus passes are FREE. We have our own washer/dryer in the apartment and plenty of living area space. There is a apartment gym with free weights, machines, treadmills, bikes. In addition, there is a computer lab with FREE printing- all which are open 24/7. Monthly rent price is $715.
