We are looking to sublease our 2/2 trailer in Gentilly Park in Auburn immediately. It's a gated community for students only. There is a pool, sand volleyball court, & tiger transit pick up. It's reasonably priced & renovated! This price per month includes one pet in the trailer. You would lease through Legacy Homes. The lease is up in July, but you have the option to lease it for Fall 2023!
We will pay your first months rent if you move into our unit! We want to help out whoever helps us out by taking over our lease 🙂
