Lease Takeover

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at the end of April! A private bedroom & bathroom are available. This apartment is located on the University of Michigan's north campus, but is directly across the street from a bus stop/route that takes riders straight to the heart of central campus! The apartment would be available for ~3 months, from the end of April until August 1st. It could be great for anyone completing a summer internship! The rent is $910/month, but I also pay for a parking space for $75/month that could also be purchased! This is in a 4 bed/4bath, but my roommates are rarely, if ever, there over the summer. There are several amenities, such as an in-unit washer/dryer, game room, a beautiful outdoor courtyard, a fitness center, study lounges, and even free coffee!
