Hey guys, I will be graduating in December and am looking to sublease a room in my apartment for the spring semester. The room and apartment comes fully furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, desk, and chair. The room also includes a private bathroom. The apartment is very spacious with two living areas and a full kitchen. There are laundry machines in the apartment and easy parking right outside the unit. The other two roommates are seniors majoring in computer science and psychology. One of the roommates has a friendly cat.
