Looking to sublease 1 bed/bath in a 3 bed/bath unit

I'm looking to sublease 1 bedroom with a connected bathroom from a 3 room unit. The unit is located at Quarry Trail apartments, which is a very short commute away from UTK's campus and the complex offers an all-day shuttle that makes pickups every half hour. The clubhouse has a really good gym, a printer, and a coffee maker. My roommates are two really chill and kind guys. The apartment complex does rent on a per-unit basis, so you pay the management company directly rather than have it be collected by a single roommate. That being said, utilities are handled by a single roommate. One of my roommates is handling it right now, so they'd charge you (typically $40) per month (venmo preferred).
