If you did need a bus stop there is one a block away next to Panda Express. The rent includes garage parking and any other fees. The apartment comes fully furnished with a 60” TV, couch, XL Full size bed (it feels like a queen), 2 barstool chairs, fridge, Heating and Cooling, and in unit washer and dryer. The unit is on the third floor and is owned and managed by Evergreen Campus Rentals who I’ve had great experience with. WiFi and electricity are payed separately. WiFi is thru metronet and is around $49/mo and electricity is averages at $45/mo. The entire complex is secured and you have to use a key fob to get into the building, stairwell, and elevator.
