Looking for a sublet (female preferred) to rent out my bedroom for Spring term of 2023 with a flexible move-in date. The apartment is 4bd/2ba, you'd share a bathroom and have three female Virginia Tech students as roommates. Will be furnished in common areas, but not the bedroom. Has air conditioning and heat, dishwasher, on-site washer/dryer (20 foot walk) utilities not included (usually add up to about ~$45/person).
