Laundry: There are on-site communal washers and dryers 50 feet from the apartment that are paid by card.

Description:
The apartment is great! I have really enjoyed my time here. As shown in the photos, it is a 1-bedroom apartment with a very functional kitchen (I do lots of cooking) and a spacious living area. Additionally, this is great for students. It’s quiet and close to campus. Library West, Griffin Stadium and Publix are all a 10-minute walk away. There are also several restaurants and bars closer than that.
Parking is really reliable. I find parking directly next to the apartment, anytime I use my car. A new window AC unit was just installed. The building is really quick with repairs, if ever needed. The staff are also very professional and helpful. I am also willing to part ways with the couch, the two highchairs, the single dining chair, and some other furniture items.
