The unit is 3 bed/3.5 bathroom so you will have 2 female roommates who are rarely home. Utilities are split and normally around $60-70 per person. The bedroom is unfurnished, however the living space and kitchen are furnished. The community center has a gym and pool. I love this apartment, I just no longer have a reason to be living in Baton Rouge. My lease ends in July 2023, but you are able to renew it once you take over. See less
