Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my $780/month lease at Stadium View Apartments by MSU. It is a shared 4-bedroom apartment, and three of the bedrooms are currently occupied by female MSU students, and everyone is quiet and friendly! Each room has its own bathroom in the bedroom and comes furnished with a bed, desk, 2 dressers, and an end table. There is a shared common space with a living room, kitchen, washer, and dryer. A gym, and media lounge is included in the amenities. The rent is 780$ a month with all utilities included (Wifi, trash, water, parking, laundry) except electricity.
