I am looking for someone (girls only) to take over my lease for the spring semester of 2023. It’s a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment on south chauncey. You’d be taking over my bedroom. Rent is $475 a month. You pay electric and internet. Laundry is directly across the hall. There’s two parking lots and I do have a pass you’d take. 5 minute walk to Harry’s and canes. 10-15 minute walk to campus.
