I'm looking to sublease my room in a 3 bed 1.5 bath 1 home starting in January 2023.
The house is 1300 sqft in a safe neighborhood in west Knoxville and is completely furnished. You will only be responsible for furnishing your room. Bedroom is 13 ft x 10 ft.
New washer and dryer in unit and utilities are billed separately.
