Private room in the towers at parkwest. This is a 4x4 but my roommates will be home for the summer. The rent price includes all utilities, parking, and the room is fully furnished. There is also no security deposit.The wifi box for our floor is in our apartment so great internet. In unit washer dryer, dishwasher, AC, etc. There is always tons of parking in the front during the summer as well as plenty of guest parking. Apartment is on the 6th floor so great rooftop access to the pool/gym.
Apartment will be ready to be moved into May 10th but I am totally flexible on move in date. Move out day is July 22nd so this is perfect for someone taking a summer course first term.
