Hi! I am looking for someone to sublease my room at the Thrive apartment complex. The room comes fully furnished with a private bathroom. It has a shared living space, kitchen, in-unit laundry, and balcony. Thrive is student living and close to campus so it’s on the TTU bus route! Lastly, there is a cat, cat tree, and a TV in the picture; those will all be removed since they’re mine. So you may have to provide your own television. (The other roomate is a girl so it is preferred that a girl takes the sublease.) Let me know if there’s any questions!
