The rent is $650 per person, and while utilities and internet are not included, they typically come out to around $100 per month. With a free parking spot and a 15-minute walk to all engineering buildings, the location couldn't be more convenient. If walking isn't your thing, there is a bus stop right next to AggieVillas, and the road has bike lanes for those who prefer cycling. Plus, the complex is gated at night and has remote access for all residents, ensuring safety and security.

Inside the townhouse, there are freshly renovated interiors, spacious rooms, and big wardrobes and bathrooms. The bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the kitchen and living room are on the first floor. The washer and drier are in the unit. If you ever need maintenance, the landlord will arrange everything quickly and friendly, getting everything done in a day.

The majority of the residents in AggieVillas are graduate students or recent graduates, so the atmosphere is incredibly quiet and friendly.
