Redpoint 4x4 cottage sublease for 1 room

I am trying to sublease my bedroom for redpoint's 4x4 cottage. Redpoint is mostly twu and unt students because it's student living. I do not currently live there it's my lease for the Aug. 2023- july 2024 term that I need taken over since I'm moving somewhere else so I don't have any pictures but redpoint's website has a gallery and you can see all of their floorplans and features/amenities. Their current rates are in the 800's but since I signed back in October anyone who takes over my lease has a monthly rent of 725$, water, sewage, internet access, and trash disposal is included.
