The rent is $869 (before electricity which is about $30/month) which is a steal for the location but I will also pay $100 for each month you sublease, up front making rent $769/month. The apartment comes fully furnished with a bed, nightstand, and a dresser while the living room is furnished with a tv, 2 couches, coffee table, and chairs for the breakfast nook. Although there is not a washer and dryer in the unit, there is a laundry room on this floor right down the hall. There is also a trash shoot down the hall that makes throwing out all your trash convenient!
The building has study rooms on every floor and has a ping pong table on the first floor and lots of private study rooms, a movie area, and a gym that are all included!
This apartment is in the heart of Bloomington with lots of restaurants and stores only a minute walking distance away. Campus is about a third of a mile away and the walk is very easy.

Although this listing is only for my bedroom and bathroom, my roommate is also selling her lease with the same deal if you have a friend that is interested! If not, if we don’t find someone to sublease, you will have the place to yourself (and will only be responsible for the $769/month + electricity)!!
