Property Description

I just graduated and moved away, thus I have an available room to be leased.
The rent is $575 a month + utilities with $11 liability insurance for a private room in a three bed room apartment with two undergrad men. (They are both very quiet and clean, I barely interacted with them during my time there).
There is a nice kitchen area and a in unit washer and drier.
The apartment is managed by Reserve on Third which is 2 miles from campus, but has a direct shuttle every 45 minutes and is near (3 minute walk) to a convenient Bloomington transit stop with buses about every 15 minutes during typical hours. (I personally walked into the chemistry building 3 to 4 times a week with no troubles, just for the exercise).
The apartment complex has a pool (for spring/summer) and a nice work out room in the main office across the street from the apartment. This apartment is located about half a mile from the major mall center of Bloomington (college mall).

Carpet was just replaced 11/21 and room comes with study/computer table, bed/mattress and dresser.
