Spartan Ave bedroom sublease!

Property Description

Looking for someone to sublease January- End of May. I am very flexible with move in dates, can move in sooner or later if needed. Rent is 650, but I am taking off 100. Would have to pay utilities (approx 55) and wifi bill (6.25 a month). Have queen size bed, empty closet, desk, tv and ps4 with netflix and other services in the bedroom and upstairs, bathroom downstairs to share with one other person, study room and storage room (lots of storage), 2 car garage, washer and dryer in lower level where room is, and lots more you can use while I'm gone (we can talk further details). As a house we have ping pong table, back yard, we do tailgates and wine nights.It is 2 boys, 2 girls right now. So we are flexible on gender. You can come tour anytime and hang out with us anynight to see if you would be comfortable! The application below is not letting me include more photos so please text me for them!
