It has a balcony, dishwasher and in unit washer and dryer. It's in a quiet area with access to trails and clubhouse which includes a gym. It has off street parking. Cats are welcome and pet deposit has been paid. There is a $35/month pet rent. I will be leaving my security deposit. It is a $35 application fee which I am willing to reimburse if approved.
