Sublease an apartment at The Lodge

Property Description

My roommates and I are looking for a group of three (or three separate individuals looking for roommates) to take over our lease at The Lodge. The lease goes through 8/4/2023 with the option to re-sign. We are flexible with move-in dates, but are looking for individuals interested in staying for the entirety of the lease. Below is a breakdown of the monthly fees. All utilities are included in the total rent with the exception of internet. Pets are allowed for an additional $55/month.

Rent: $3,735
Utilities: $171
Grounds: $60
Admin: $30
*Parking: $55/spot in parking lot (*optional)

The total monthly cost will be $4,051.00 split however you decided between roomates.

So far, we love the complex. The pool is always open and well maintained. We are right by campus making it a great place for students.
