I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Quarters (formerly Campus Creek).
The room is available from January to May or July whichever is preferred.
Bedroom and bathroom are private, kitchen and living room are shared with three friendly and easy-going flatmates. The flatmates are two guys and one girl.
The base rent is $485 per month with internet included. Only the electric bill must be paid.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher and refrigerator, heat and air conditioning, living and dining room furniture and a balcony.
The apartment complex offers a fitness center, a pool, and volleyball and tennis courts.
The location is The Quarters - 101 Creekmore Blvd, 38655 Oxford, MS.
