Sublease at The Retreat!

Hellooo!!
I am looking to sublease my apartment at The Retreat at Denton over the two month period from mid-May till the lease end date of July 31st. It is a 4x4 (I am subleasing 1 bed and one bath that is very spacious. You would share the living areas and laundry room with 3 other girls) Although 2 of the 3 girls have said that they might not stay there too long. Rent is $725 over the two month period from mid-May till the lease end date of July 31st!. The only utilities that would need to be paid for are water and electricity (around $30 a month). The apartment is on the bus route (North Texan) and the bus comes every 14-20 minutes.
