Hi! I am looking for someone to sublease my 1x1 apartment at University Trails in College Station. The apartment is fully furnished and amenities include in-unit laundry, a pool and hot tub, 24 hr gym and clubhouse. The rent is $924 and comes with a covered parking spot. The price has gone up but you will get a lower rate previously locked in!!
The unit will be available at the beginning of the year and is available through July 31st, 2023. University Trails is right on bus route 35 just a few minute ride to the MSC. All utilities except electric are included. Electricity is around $75 on average.
