Sublease period: Feb 2023 - May 2023 (dates are flexible)

One of the best communities in Boulder. It is new and has great amenities! Pools, grill, fitness center, rooftop lounge with fire pits,
meeting rooms, pet shower rooms, and so on.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor with plentiful sunshine and a mountain view.
It is a studio but the layout is more like 1b1b.
