Subleasing Apartment at The Flats at the Pier

I need someone to take over my lease in the Spring 2023 (January-July). It is a 4-bedroom apartment on the ground floor; 4 separate rooms each with their own private bathroom and walk-in-closet. Two of the roommates (both girls) are there full year and they are extremely nice and chill. They both have a cat that are extremely adorable and sweet, they are usually in their rooms which is nice if you are allergic (which I am). They have nice furniture, decor, and colorful lights throughout the living room and kitchen space. My bedroom which is Room C (highlighted in green on the floor plan) has the most windows (3) and has a pretty big closet and enough space for all your clothes and storage. My other roomate’s room is available for the spring as well, Room B (which is highlighted in yellow), so if you and a friend want a place to live in the spring with other amazing roommates, this is the perfect place!!! The rent is $548/month total (rent $495, insurance fee $13, utility fee $40). There are multiple amenities such as, 2 pools, a lazy river (my favorite),a hot tub, 3 gyms (1 is a big building just for the gym and 2 small ones), multiple study rooms, a pool room, printers, plenty of parking, very pet friendly, a soccer field, etc. It is only a 5 minute drive to Clemson Campus which is a big perk!
