Subleasing bedroom at the monroe

I’m looking for someone to sublease my room at the monroe for the spring semester, rent is $525. You would be able to move in early January. We do pay simple bills but usually it’s $28 or less every month.It’s a 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. I do share a bathroom with just my roommates on my side of the apartment.
