Subleasing for summer!

Hi all! I am looking to sublease my space in a townhome on 8th street from May/April-July and can be flexible if needed.
It is a four bedroom 4 1/2 bath so each person has their own bathroom and we have one for guests as well, my bathroom is in my room! Rent is 975 plus utilities and we have our own garage so parking is included already. There is also lots of guest parking if needed. I have three 👩 girl roommates, however two of them may be gone for a good portion of the summer. They are all super outgoing and kind. Our property manager is also awesome and always on top of anything that is needed. We are close to campus and right by 4 peaks, infusion, and a nice park. We also have in unit washer/dryer, a personal rooftop that is a cool hangout place, and a 🏊 pool as well. If anyone has any questions or any more information is needed feel free to reach out to me.
