I am subletting my room in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with balcony at Hub on State street from 2/1/2023 to 7/31/2023. You will have two other female roommates who are clean and accommodating. The rent is $999 per month and utilities would be an additional $50-$65. Hub has the ideal location! Located in the center of Chauncey, it is close to Target, and is approximately 10-15 mins away from most academic buildings. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, mattress, study table and chair. The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate. The kitchen/living room is a common space which is fully furnished with a microwave, oven, electric induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, garbage disposal, TV, sofa and dining table. Hub also has a parking garage with bike storage, a gym, sauna, study areas, computer lab, as well as rooftop pool with hot tub! It has a pretty good community and is pet friendly too. The management is very good and cooperative, and repairs are done within 2-3 days.
