I’m planning on moving due to finishing my nursing internship in the spring semester. I am looking to re-let my apartment at SkyView. The rent is $859 a month with an option of adding a parking pass for $45 a month. Utilize runs $14-$20 a month. The apartment is a three bed, three bath so you will have your own room and bathroom. The lease would be available from late December/early January to late July. I’ve attached photos from the website, but if you would like to see the exact unit, let me know. Since it is the 3x3, it is a lot more spacious than the photos since they are for the 4x4.
The apartment is:
· Located on central campus between McKay Village and Gabaldon Hall
· Large spacious bedroom that is fully furnished
· The unit is located on the first floor with close access to the parking garage and no stairs within the apartment
· Parking in a garage is available
· In the unit, there is a full-size kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a spacious living room
· There are two female girls living in the apartment who are great and are pretty quire and fun to hang out with
