I’m looking to sublease from May/June-July (when the lease ends).

I live at the Signature Hartwell apartments. It’s located at 13070 Clemson Blvd. . The apartment is fully furnished and includes a washer/ dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, and a great sized room with a walk in closet!!

The apartment is pet friendly. We have private parking, a big pool, a gym, study/ work rooms, dog park, grills, fire pits, etc. The apartment is also located right by a shopping plaza within walking distance of stores like Aldi, Ulta, Marshall’s, a few restaurants and more which has been super convenient.

I’ve loved living here, the management is amazing, they throw pool parties during the summer and are always having fun activities and giveaways for us:) I haven’t had any problems with neighbors or anything like that. Everyone is super chill here!
