I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment for June and July of 2023. I am currently renting a 500 sq. ft. one bedroom apartment at The Crossing with Struga Management. Rent is currently $760 but will go up to $900 after July. You only have to pay for the electric bill, which for me is usually around $25-45 at the most.

According to Struga, in order to sublease, you will have to apply and pay an application fee. They then check for a clean background and proof of income with no previous evictions.
