Hi! I'm subleasing my room at The Hub at 💚 USF. Lease is from May 1st- July 31st and move in day would be May 3rd. The unit is a 2x1 Murph Unit. You will be in room A on the floor plan. You will have 1 👨 male roommate who is very 🎇clean and organized. He is taking classes at 💚 USF over the summer.

The apartment complex has a lot of great amenities such as a rooftop 🏊 pool/hot tubs, 24 hour gym, yoga studio, sauna, dog park, study rooms, and a coffee shop! Monthly costs are: Rent ($955) Parking ($35) Valet trash ($10) Residential Admin fee ($12). Utilities are included except for 💡electric which is divided equally among roommates at the end of each month (usually around $16-$20 a month).

The unit is fully furnished and includes a washer and dryer. The bedroom has a beautiful window that overlooks a very cute courtyard. The Hub is les than a 5 minute drive to 💚 USF campus and has a Bull Runner stop right outside the main office.
