Roommates are calm and quiet, potentially will not reside in The Social over the summer: you can keep to yourself and study if you need without distractions.

The maintenance team is highly efficient and will show up the day you make a request, the amenities and facilities are quite nice and well-maintained. There is a supermarket close by, a plaza including a local club right next to the neighborhood, and has closer access to the interstate if you need. This was a great place to live the past two semesters, I am currently subletting because I will be studying abroad over the summer.
