Property Description

I'm subleasing my apartment for this upcoming Spring 2022 (from January 2022 - July 2022) at the Standard because I will be participating in UTNY program. The rent is $1255 + utilities. Four other people are living in the apartment, and they are all really nice and easy going!
However, I think The Standard allows you to choose ANY available unit to qualify for a sublease if you are interested in a different floor plan or want different roommates. They will work with you, and you will have the unit for the sublease period (i.e. January through July). All rooms come furnished!
