Since I will move out, the apartment will be free of my personal properties and in the same conditions it was delivered. High-speed Internet, water and power will be included in cost. Apartment have vinyl flooring in common areas and carpet in rooms. TV, dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer, microwave and stove on apartment. Some amenities included are: 24 hrs complete gym, rooftop pool, bbq areas, and private and group study rooms.
