I am looking for someone (female) to take over my lease at UClub on 28th starting January. It is a single fully furnished bedroom with an attached bathroom in a 4 bed/4 bath apartment. It includes all the amenities such as an in-unit washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, etc.

UClub on 28th has a gym, a game room, beach volleyball courts, desktop computers along with study rooms, a lounge, and a swimming pool. Likewise, CU Boulder is in walking distance to the apartment.

The rent is $1519 not including utilities other than internet and trash.
