I am subleasing my private bedroom with a bathroom shared between two people. During your stay there would be 3 other female roommates here around age 21. The apartment is located at 1300 S University Ave, so right on campus! My rent is $1350/month but I am willing to be flexible with you to meet your needs! It is a great location with a gym, fitness studio, movie theater, study room, and balcony! There is also in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, and living room. There is also a parking spot available.
