There are three available rooms in the penthouse suite of Z Place on East University Avenue near the University of Michigan. My roommates and I are all studying abroad for the Winter 2023 term and are looking for someone to sublet. These rooms can be sublet with a group of 3, 2, or as a single room. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a washer and drier and a fully furnished kitchen. Location is great for University of Michigan students (across the street from Ross and SEB, less than a 10 minute walk to anywhere in central campus).
