West Campus Spring Semester Sublease

This is a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom unit in West Campus on Salado st. and 26th st. You will have your own bedroom and a sink/mirror in your room but you share a bathroom (shower/toilet) with one other person. I haven't had an issue with the bathroom situation with my current roommate. (The last two photos on the slide are of my current room layout. I will leave the furniture if you desire. You can see there is solid natural light and plenty of space. The toilet and shower is through that door next to the sink.)There is a big kitchen with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The room is fully furnished and monthly expenses will be included in the rent price. Monthly rent is flexible on my end as well.
4 of my 6 current roommates are planning to sublease as well as we are studying abroad in the spring. So there are 4 rooms available in this unit if you have a group of people you want to move in with.
