The rent will be 650(negotiable) per month which includes water, and trash removal.
1. The apartment has a large kitchen fully equipped with a microwave, oven, and dishwasher. and a spacious living room.
2. The room is furnished with a bed frame, mattress, study table, chairs, monitor, bedside table, and closet.
3.The apartment is located on the 30/45 bus route. The bus stop is a 1 min walk;10 mins bus ride to campus,12 minute walk to Amherst Center.
4.Washer/Dryer is available right in front of the building.
