Im looking for someone to sublet my apartment starting January 2023 but you can move in as soon as December 18 (and i would pay for december so you can get half a month free :))

Im on the 12th floor of the maxxen in a 2x2!
Everything is included besides electric which is usually about $10/month for me. There is a garbage shoot on every floor so you dont need to go far. Im in a private room with the bathroom attached!

Parking pass is also available but can be purchased separately ! Lease is until August Message me if interested or want more details.

Apt is a 5 min walk to the hub and about 10-15 to chambers for reference ! El jefes is attached to the building !
