Looking for possible tenants to take over our lease beginning November 2022. Current lease ends in July of 2023 and we are paying $1850 per month for a 3 bed, 2.5 bath duplex with a one car garage and small backyard that is maintained by landlord. Since this is a lease takeover who ever takes over this lease will inherit the security deposit we placed on the property.
The deposit is $1750 and the new renter will need to reimburse the current tenant (myself) of this before the keys are turned over. This is a non-negotiable as the new tenant will be receiving the deposit back at the end of the lease, instead of the current tenant.
We will not be charging the new tenant the fee to change the lease over ($1850) but the security deposit is a non-negotiable. Message me for more information
