Furnished Bedrooms Sublease

My roommate and I are looking to sublease our two rooms in a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment from Jan - July 2023 (move-in dates flexible because we'll be moving out by Dec 18th). We are here in Bloomington this fall semester for an internship, but will be leaving to take classes over the spring semester. My rent is $630/month and hers is $650/month. For my room you'd be sharing the bathroom with another girl who will be working the internship. My room and bathroom are the first four and hers are the second four. The whole apartment comes furnished (couch, two coffeetables, TV, bar stools) including both bedrooms (desk, desk chair, nightstand, bedframe, mattress). We also have in-unit laundry. The utilities are between $30-$50 a month per person (apartment complex pays for wifi so you'll only be paying for water and electric) and parking is $30/month but there always seems to be visitor spots open and we are within walking distance from campus.
