Room is for female only, I have 3 other female roommates who are awesome. The living area, kitchen and laundry facilities are shared along with the outdoor terrace. The room for sublet is upstairs with a queen sized bed, storage drawers and a spacious study area. The private bathroom features a closet and shower and ample storage space. The room has a wall mounted TV and a small fridge. Available for the Spring Semester. This is a very safe apartment and convenient to walk to campus.
