Neighborhood Details:
The apartment is in the Crestview/Brentwood area. Very cute, quiet, surrounding neighborhood good for walking.
3 minute walk to the Crestview metro train station, which goes east and downtown.
Across the street from a mom and pop store that sells amazing sandwiches and groceries. Also near a Walgreens.
6 minute walk to Lala's Little Nugget, an all year Christmas bar as well as Black Star Co Op and Vigilante Game Bistro.
6 minute drive to The Triangle and 10 minute drive to UT campus.

Lease Details:
Lease would run from ASAP to first week in March 2024. This is nonnegotiable, you would be taking over the entire lease duration!
There is a $75 application fee that the apartment complex charges for releasing that would need to be paid to them.
As normal, there are additional fees for animals if you have pets.
