Hello! I am looking to sublease my private room in a house in Dinkytown. I’m looking for someone to sublease as soon as possible through the summer or even just for the summer (May-August). It is a four story house, fully furnished, and has a workout room. Rent is $780 but I am willing to negotiate!! I also am offering the option to rent my parking spot! Cleaning service comes once a week and supplies toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and all cleaning supplies.
